Yoshihide Yamamoto, Managing Director
Yoshihide Yamamoto is the owner and Managing Director of the executive search company ASRO Conuslting which he founded in 2003. Later on, ASRO joined MRINetwork, one of the world’s largest executive search and recruitment organizations to maintain the best high standards of search practices.
For over ten years, with his unique recruiting process, he has been successful to place talented professionals for all of his difficult search assignments. Basically, he does not use online job boards to find candidates. He is well known as the few consultants in Japan that practices the method of headhunting and source talents with extensive research and utilizes his professional networks and industry contacts.
Yoshihide has successfully filled variety of senior level positions (CEO, sales manager etc.) in the professional fields of manufacturing, healthcare, IT (Information Technology), and consulting companies.
